1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PRPilot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PRPilot is a VS Code extension that provides AI-powered code review services. The Service includes:

  • Automated code analysis using AI models (OpenAI and Anthropic)
  • Smart presets for different review focuses
  • Custom practices configuration
  • GitHub PR integration
  • Subscription checkout and billing management through Polar and CryptoCloud

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not abuse or misuse the Service
  • Respect rate limits and usage quotas
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans

  • Free: 10 reviews per month
  • Pro: 50 reviews per month (current pricing is shown on the pricing page)
  • Team: Custom pricing, unlimited reviews
  • Early Bird Offer: 50% off Pro for the first 100 eligible users

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance (or prepaid per period for crypto checkout)
  • Card and standard checkout payments are processed through Polar
  • Crypto checkout for USDT (TRC20) is processed through CryptoCloud
  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
  • Taxes, if applicable, may be added by Polar at checkout

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. For crypto payments, refunds are handled manually and may be returned in USDT equivalent.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Polar checkout/customer portal or by contacting support. For crypto payments, access is granted for the paid period and renewals are handled by creating a new checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months unless required by law.

6. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated code reviews
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • That defects will be corrected

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to code quality issues, security vulnerabilities, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Code

You retain all rights to your code. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your code for the purpose of providing code review services.

Our Service

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights, belong to us or our licensors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • For non-payment of fees
  • At our discretion, with or without notice

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
